liver cleanse

This lovely little liver cleanse is quick and weirdly delicious!

The liver loves sour, especially during Spring time, so I love doing this in the mornings when I wake up after a glass of water - to help get the blood and Qi in my body moving.

You’ll need

1 lemon

Glug olive oil (approx 1-2 tablespoons)

1 clove garlic

approx 100ml apple juice

approx 100ml water

I get 1 lemon and juice it into a nutribullet add a good glug of apple juice and a little bit of water (just coz lemon is so sour). Then add in a clove of garlic and a dash of olive oil and blitz. It’s delish in a weird kinda way and also punchy!

You can totally add in other bits like fresh turmeric or chilli or a dash apple cider vinegar but the above is my base line. xx
