CONSCIOUS COOKING
the relationship you have with your food goes way deeper than your diet
Now during a time where we are faced with more ultra processed foods and ready meals in our supermarkets - its never been more important to connect to ourselves, each other, our planet, our seasons and empower ourselves in the kitchen.
This 6 week online course will give you a deeper understanding of how interconnected our minds and bodies are and show you useful and practical ways to help support them, through food, practises and rituals.
Next Conscious Cooking Course starts on the 22nd September.
The relationship you have with your food goes way deeper than just your diet. Learn more than just basic nutrition and life long kitchen skills - get under the belly of how to cook intuitively and in a way thats aligned with your body and its needs.
I have always felt a little different — but then again, doesn’t everyone? It’s a very subjective thing to say.
Having a nervous system that is constantly triggered and a mind that is neurodiverse can, in my opinion, create a fractured relationship between body and mind. This course comes from my obsession with food and my desperate need to find calm — to help me cope in a world where I haven’t always felt I belong.
This knowledge has come from living a life dedicated to food, while also trying to understand the functional side of our bodies through working with nutritional therapists, chiropractors, yogis, and energy workers. I believe the connection between mind, body, and spirit goes far beyond what we will ever truly understand; how we treat ourselves in both quite simply shapes our lives — and our futures.
WHO SHOULD DO THIS COURSE?
Anyone who wants to learn cooking techniques like knife skills, bone broths, and fermentation (sourdough and sauerkraut).
Anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of how the mind and body work — with a focus on the nervous and digestive systems.
Anyone curious about Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements, and how these ancient principles can be applied to daily life.
Anyone who wants to explore weekly practices, rituals, and recipes that bring more calm — simple tools that support both body and mind.
Anyone who wants to create nutritionally dense food, boosted with goodness, that supports their unique needs.
Anyone who wants to feel empowered through food and lifestyle choices.
“The course was about fostering a deeper connection with food and its preparation through mindful practices and rituals. It emphasised how cooking can be a meditative, grounding activity that goes beyond just creating meals..”

WHY I AM SO PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT I DO
This course has been developed over a lifetime of searching, learning and trying to understand and break down information that I have found useful in helping me find more balanced and feel more grounded.
I have always been fascinated with how we nourish ourselves - through food but also through other mediums.
I believe in a Mind, Body and Spiritual approach towards overall health, wellness and vitality and this course touches on all of these elements.
