Now during a time when life is busier than ever, why not indulge yourself in some time to unplug, learn and inspire.

 

All of my workshops can be bespoked to your needs but they usually offer an element of me talking about what I am passionate about (cooking and well-being) and showing (either as a demonstration or practical hands on workshops) ways to create delicious, boosted food that will support you going forwards.

 

I also have an incredible support network or amazing women I work very closely with – from mind/body maturation and breathwork with Natalie Hendricks, Crystal sound healing with Verity Megan, Nutritional advice from Jo Saunders and many more that can come and bring their own magic to the day.

 

It can be for a morning, afternoon, full day or retreat.

CORPORATE

If you would like to create a day of team building for staff and/or clients this can be a wonderful way of connecting the firm and clients together in a wholesome environment, with a deep focus on empowerment and authenticity. In my experience, cooking is one of the best ways to get people to open up and dissolve barriers - the perfect leveller, as well as a chance to bring back some childish fun. I can be flexible on location - either coming to join you at your chosen venue or I have a location in Wandsworth that provides a great space for such an event.

121

I love working with people closely to make sure they feel more confident in the kitchen, as well as being able to offer suggestions on how to cultivate more calm and balance into your daily life.

121 sessions can include me coming to your house and offering practical advice on store cupboards and menu planning or it can be 121 coaching on ways to help support and structure your days well, with mindful techniques and suggestions.

I also can come to office environments to teach wellness days with a focus on team bonding and connection through food and mindfulness or host group cooking classes either in person or on line.

RETREATS

I also offer retreats through out the year, often at my home as well as around the UK and abroad.

These will be added to the website when they are live.

Best two hours spent as I’ve barely bought a loaf of bread since! Not only is it delicious but it’s got all the good bits for my family’s gut health and it’s super easy and super adaptable to my day whether I’m at home, in the studio or out doing errands. Love love love it.
