Cook with delicious organic foods, slow down and learn some of the fundamentals of cooking (often not learnt unless taught), how to cook nutrient dense dishes and get the best out of your ingredients. Where you can learn about how to make balanced plates, knowing the food you are eating is supporting you.

121 Working
together to create calm and confidence in the kitchen and through out your life
I love working with people closely to make sure they feel more confident in the kitchen, as well as being able to offer suggestions on how to cultivate more calm and balance into your daily life.
121 sessions can include me coming to your house and offering practical advice on store cupboards and menu planning or it can be 121 coaching on ways to help support and structure your days well, with mindful techniques and suggestions.
I also can come to office environments to teach wellness days with a focus on team bonding and connection through food and mindfulness.
