I have always loved making bread, especially sourdough for its goodness but also therapeutic qualities but nn 2019 I completed a Diploma in sourdough with Dr Vanessa Kimbell (specialist is Gut Health, with a Doctorate in Nutrition and Digestibility in Bread). This bread has a strong focus on increasingly the diversity of your gut microbiome, is delicious and but is also quick and easy to fit into your day to day life.
Come and learn about the gut and make an incredibly nutritious loaf of sourdough.
What to expect - You will leave with a pot of starter and loaf to take home (if you can bring your own loaf tin - all explained in booking email) and a recipe print out.
