Spend a relaxing and fun and relaxed morning with me learning ways to boost your gut health. Looking at things like making a quick Suaerkraut, a miso vinegrette and I can show you things like making kombucha and a kefir labneh. A morning full of hints and tips on easy and manageable ways of getting gut loving, fermented ingredients into your body.
