Sonic therapy is the use of sound, vibration and resonance as a healing modality through Alchemy Crystal singing bowls. When we receive the frequency of the bowls, the body releases tension, the mind lets go of thinking and emotions wash away, to move into harmony with the truest aspect of ourselves.
It invites a sense of receptivity which can only be found in deep rest, and it is from this place that we begin to heal; to feel our inner resonance and move from imbalance and unease to experience inner peace and contentment.
