Dark Chocolate tahini bites
Dark chocolate is a healthier alternative to sugar laden milk chocolate, and it has the bonus of being rich in antioxidants, plus the welcome protein boost from the tahini. These Dark Chocolate bites are great fun to make, take no time at all.
100g 70% dark chocolate
100g tahini paste
Small glug maple syrup
Pinch maldon or good quality salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Simply melt your dark chocolate in a bowl over some simmer water.
Add in the tahini and maple. Add a pinch of salt if you like the contrast in flavours.
Taste
Pour into moulds and allow to set solid
