Boosted winter gummies
So delicious and boosted with so much goodness. Take no time to make and the perfect little nibble, plus with no refined sugar.
250ml apple juice
1 thumb ginger
1 thumb turmeric
1/2 cinnamon
Few cracks black pepper
A tablespoon goji berries
A tablespoon good quality honey
1 tablespoon ossa organic gelatine
1 tablespoon collogen - again ossa organic
Add all into a pan and heat up.
Bring to the boil then simmer for a few minutes then leave to cool.
Strain.
Place back into the pan and sprinkle over the gelatine and leave to “bloom” for 5 ish minutes then gently heat up so it dissolves.
Pour into a prepared dish (I line mine with silicone paper by @ifyoucare and leave to set either on the counter or fridge.
Slice and enjoy Great for a little boost of goodness to support your body especially the water element
