White Chocolate Crème Fraiche Pots

100g white chocolate

100g crème fraiche

100g live yoghurt

Seasonal berries

Method

Melt your white chocolate in a bowl over a small pan of boiling water or on short bursts in a microwave.

When melted simply stir through the crème fraiche and yoghurt.

Pour into x 4 small ramekins and chill for at least a few hours.

Serve with seasonal berries or why not make a quick compote to have warm with it?
