We will be preparing a delicious chicken dish roasted in olives, prunes and capers on a bed of potatoes and roasted shallots as well as making some gut boosted, quick, cheeky Summery canapé nibbles and a delicious show stopper of a Greek yoghurt pannacotta thats out of this world.
During this sessions you’ll be learning about - meat cooking, flavour, working with gelatine as well as me talking through hints, tips and tricks in the kitchen - with a focus on gut health and boosting dishes.
