maple toppers

Crunchy, golden, and so moreish.
These maple nut clusters are my go-to when I want something sweet but still full of goodness.

To make:
40 g each of macadamia, cashew and pecan
40 g mixed seeds
60 ml good quality maple syrup
A pinch of maldon salt

Mix together into a bowl bake and give a quick bash with the end of a rolling pin just to help flatten and make them stick together a touch more. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C for 20 mins, stir halfway, and then let cool and solidify.

Perfect on porridge, as a nibble, or dipped in dark chocolate
